Kung Fu Essex runs two adult classes: Tuesday evenings at Redbridge Sports & Leisure in Ilford and on Sunday afternoons at Masters Martial Arts Academy in Loughton.

We cater for all ages and fitness levels. We teach practical self-defence skills from age 4 upward. The journey only ever starts, it never ends. You are never too old or too young!

Our syllabus takes the traditional principles of WingTsun and applies them to the practical aspects of street fighting.

Kung Fu Essex is a proud member of the European WingTsun Association (EWTO), the largest martial arts school in the world. This gives us access to global seminars and visiting masters.

We run Little Dragons classes for 4 to 6 year olds, and Juniors for 7 to 12-year-olds. Kids’ classes offer a fun introduction to self-defence. Classes are held on Sundays in Loughton.
