We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, positive and welcoming environment at our adult self-defence classes in Ilford and Loughton.
If you are new to martial arts or want to try WingTsun (also known as Wing Chun) and want a self-defence class near you, then you have come to the right place.
We make sure we create a great community in our classes to make everyone feel part of the WingTsun family. You don't have to be physically fit and classes are suitable for any age.

Adult self-defence classes in Loughton & Ilford
Our two venues offer you a choice of places to train. Choose from attending one or two self-defence classes a week at our Loughton or Ilford schools.
Masters Academy, Loughton
Sundays
Adult beginners: 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Adult Intermediate/Advanced: 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Masters Academy in Loughton is a purpose-built martial arts gym and the ideal place for our martial arts self-defence classes on Sundays.
We run two adult kung fu classes here on Sundays, starting with our beginner’s class at 1;00pm, followed by our intermediate & advanced classes at 2pm.
Redbridge Sports & Leisure Class
Tuesdays
Beginners 8:00pm to 9:00pm
Intermediate/Advanced 9:00pm to 10:00pm
Redbridge Sports & Leisure played host to the 2012 Olympic Games, and is now home to two of our adult classes on a Tuesday evening.
Situated in Studio One of the Jean Brown Arena, our beginner self-defence classes start at 8pm, followed by our intermediate/advanced class at 9pm.
